Assistant HR Manager - People Operations & Growth

X Star Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for an Assistant Manager in Human Resources to manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. You will partner with business leaders for manpower planning and oversee HR operations and compliance.

This role requires support for workplace administration and continuous improvement of HR policies. The ideal candidate will handle employee relations and perform data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
