Job Description

Basic information:

  • Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
  • Basic UP $7000
  • Location: Kallang JCT

Job Scope:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
  • Partner with business leaders to optimize performance through effective recruitment management.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  • Support manpower budgeting to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the HR team in handling HR administration and payroll operations.

Additional Information:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 - 7 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience
