Responsibilities
- Assist in Managing Kitchen Staff: Assist the Kitchen lead in the overall management of kitchen / staff ensuring smooth operations, collaboration, and a positive working environment.
- Assist in Maintaining Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to the group's acclaimed reputation. This includes daily checks & execution of established forms to be posted in the WhatsApp group for this purpose.
