Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies for office and retail spaces to optimize occupancy, tenant quality and revenue performance.
- Source, negotiate and secure new tenants through direct prospecting, broker engagement and market networking.
- Manage the full leasing cycle from enquiry, site viewing, negotiation, Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and handover.
- Build strong relationships with office and retail tenants and act as the primary point of contact for leasing and tenancy-related matters.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve tenant mix, occupancy costs, shopper experience and asset performance.
- Work closely with marketing, operations and property management teams to support leasing objectives and enhance tenant retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging brands to identify new leasing opportunities.
