Assistant Legal and Regulatory Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Legal and Regulatory Manager to join our Legal team, playing a key role in supporting D24 Fintech’s commercial growth and regulatory operations across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role, you will advise the business on the legal and regulatory implications tied to technology-driven commercial partnerships, contracts, and operational frameworks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across technology, procurement, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure commercial activities remain aligned with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, MoUs, NDAs, referral agreements, and share/holding/purchase agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support regulatory compliance activities for a VASP operating under the VARA and CBUAE frameworks in the UAE.
