Assistant Lodge Manager

A secluded, four-room Big Five safari camp in the Eastern Cape is seeking a capable and guest-focused ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER to join their close-knit team

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an intimate, high-touch environment while being equally comfortable hosting guests, as they will be supporting the daily operational rhythm of this small, remote bush camp.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in a lodge management or senior front-of-house role


• Valid driver's licence essential


• Strong guest relations and interpersonal skills


• Solid understanding of lodge operations in a small-team environment


• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely


• Flexible and adaptable; willing to step in wherever needed
