- easily accessible. Responsibilities:
End-to-End Order & Drop Shipment Management (APAC) Process and execute drop shipment orders from sales/customers across APAC, ensuring accurate order handling, consolidation, and timely coordination with internal teams, planners, forwarders, warehouses, and customers.
Logistics Coordination & Shipment Execution:
Coordinate with shipping teams, transporters, and forwarders to ensure smooth shipment flow, including cost-effective logistics planning, import clearance, delivery scheduling, and minimising demurrage risks.
Documentation, Compliance & Reporting:
Prepare and manage shipping documents (including LC, insurance, BL, COA, and import/export paperwork), ensure accuracy, and provide regular reports such as open o...
