Assistant Machine Operator Night Shift Gluing

The Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating gluing machines. Operator is responsible for running the machine to meet established production requirements and for performing activities associated with safe machine operation, set up and changeover, scheduled preventative maintenance and machine service, quality, documentation, housekeeping, and sanitation.

Operations

· Run equipment at established rates, continuously monitor machine performance, clear jams, and document any variables that may cause machine slowdown.

·Complete required tooling set up for changeovers in accordance with best practices established by the department and resolve tooling issues during production run.

·Use RF scanner to scan transactions to the Warehouse Management System and use Warehouse Management System to generate a label that corresponds to the item.
