Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand the performance and characteristics of various Applied Materials Producer/Centura/Endura equipment or / and LAM Research Novellus during PM and CM cycles
- Learn and how to analyze the Maestria / Estar system
- Learn how to troubleshoot the tool mechanically and basic electronics troubleshooting
- Learn how to read electrical and electronics schematic
- Study and learn all the toxic gas types used for CVD process (MSDS)
- Learn to be involved in certain key projects/SMED or A3 workshops
- Involvement in tool retrofit/improvement projects
- Involvement on tool upgrades
- Learn to install and reload equipment software
- Learn to use analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodology
- To be involved in 5S tool housekeeping
- Able to update tool status systematically
- At least 1 year of experience in AMAT Centura CVD/HDP Producer CVD...
