This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of plant machinery and equipment through effective maintenance strategies, engineering support, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations while driving equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
