Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, Starting $23 pr hr

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition for the property while serving as a working lead for the maintenance team. This role performs hands-on maintenance work and assists management by coordinating daily work activities, prioritizing service requests, and ensuring all work meets resort standards.
Major Job Duties / Responsibilities
Inspect the property to identify units, systems, or areas requiring maintenance or repair and report work needed to Management.
Serve as a working lead, assisting with prioritizing service requests and helping to establish daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
