Assistant Store Manager - Bonds | Manawa Bay
Ready to step up and lead from the front with one of Australia's most iconic brands? We're on the hunt for a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager to help drive a busy store at Manawa Bay.
This is a Sunday-Thursday roster (40 hours) - perfect if you love a structured week and long weekends.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading from the front on the shop floor
- Driving sales, KPIs, and team performance
- Creating a fun, high-energy store vibe customers love
- Supporting VM, stock flow, and daily operations
- Coaching your team to grow confidence and results
