Job Description
Restaurant Assistant Manager
Location: Central London – Mayfair. Salary: 42K per year.
The Role
Full‑time assistant manager reporting directly to the General Manager. You will lead a front‑of‑house team of 10–15 colleagues, support the Head Chef and BOH operations, and be responsible for guest experience and service standards.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week, with the kitchen closing at 10 pm – no extremely late nights or very early mornings.
Hands‑on in service, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership of a front‑of‑house team of 10–15 colleagues.
- Support the Head Chef and BOH team operations.
- Ensure health & safety, training and development, and business administration are maintained.
- Review and report on weekly performance and challenges, working with senior team to overcome challenges and drive the business forward.
