Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations

Are you passionate about healthcare operations and enjoy turning ideas into results? We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations to oversee the operations of our Health Screening Centres and play a key role in driving service excellence and business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with our doctors and Head Office teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to enhance patient experience, grow patient volume, and improve revenue performance.

What You'll Do

Lead Centre Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of our Health Screening Centres to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Optimise patient flow, appointment utilisation, and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Company policies, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvements.
