Assistant Manager Compliance Governance & Policy

Position Summary:
We are seeking a competent, proactive and detail-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Compliance Governance & Policy. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and strengthening the Bank’s compliance governance framework through policy formulation, and implementation of compliance risk management practices in line with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations relevant to the microfinance banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, update and maintain Compliance and AML/CFT policies, SOP manuals and governance frameworks.
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely incorporation of SBP requirements into internal policies and procedures.
Support implementation and maintenance of Compliance Risk Management Framework and Compliance Program across the Bank.
Prepare compliance MIS reports, presentations, governance dashboards and Board/Management Committee reporting packs.
