Assistant Manager Employee Relations

The role requires handling sensitive employee issues and employee records with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity, facilitating training, and providing guidance on PICG policies and procedures in accordance with the overall organizational policies and local laws and regulations. The incumbent will work closely with the Global ER head to support all facets of PICG for the business.
