Assistant Manager, Engineering (Hotel)

• Responsible for overseeing the M&E aspects of the assigned properties including the efficient and orderly running of the engineering office, workshop and all M&E plant rooms.
• Lead a team of engineering staff to attain the highest level of operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme for M&E installations and systems.
• Review all M&E maintenance contracts, agreements and insurance policies.
• Carry out systematic inspection and audit of the property M&E plants and premises.
• Liaise with statutory authorities on M&E licenses, installations and checks of the assigned properties.

Assist in preparing cost estimates, work specifications, quotations, tender recommendations, and contract documentation.
