Resident Interaction and customer Handover:

  • Co ordination with the CRM for the customer inspection and handover slot bookings.
  • Handling customer complaints and queries during the handover or inspection and assuring all the mentioned issues have been rectified.
  • Assuring smooth and efficient transition of flats from the construction phase to the possession phase
  • Co-ordination with the project team to track the progress of individual flats and ensure that they are completed in all aspects for a smooth inspection and handover.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify any deficiencies, defects, or quality issues that need to be addressed before handover.
  • Maintaining accurate records of flat inspections, identified issues, and the resolution process. #LI-DNI
  • Manage the defect rectification process post-handover by coordinating with project team to ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise after possession.
