Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register; handle capitalization, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
  • Prepare and monitor CAPEX budgets; report project overruns.
  • Process vendor payments and assist in payment runs and issue resolution.
  • Prepare financial schedules, related party transactions, and support statutory reporting.
  • Record Workers Profit Participation Fund entries.
  • Manage insurance of assets and stock; support audit documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit standards.
  • Assist in secretarial tasks and corporate governance compliance.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

  • ACCA Affiliate (Females are encouraged to apply)
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills
