Assistant Manager Finance

POSITION: ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews and consolidates the performance scorecards of business units, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with external reporting requirements of the SM Property Group
• Prepares and reviews comprehensive business unit portfolios for Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, including key metrics such as same-store rent, occupancy, real estate sales, cost, and gross profit
• Leads the preparation and validation of key operating metrics to support SMPHI Quarterly Analyst and Investor briefings
• Collaborates with the Investor Relations team in addressing queries from analysts and investors
• Supports capital market activities by preparing and reviewing requirements for Retail Treasury Bonds (RTB) and Euro Medium-Term Notes (EMTN)
