Assistant Manager, FP&A

Prepare monthly P&L performance reviews by brand and store, analyze P&L variances against Budget and Forecast, and provide clear explanations on key drivers including traffic, average check, menu mix, cost efficiency, wastage, and promotional activities

Track product sales mix, promotional impact, cannibalization, and contribution margins

Partner closely with Brand Managers and Operations Leaders to strengthen financial accountability and support data-driven decision-making at store level

Serve as a strategic finance business partner to key stakeholders, driving business performance, margin improvement, and process efficiency

Support projects assigned by management and collaborate across different functional teams, including IT, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and external business partners
