Job Description
A premium accessories retailer known for its exceptional customer service and high-quality products is looking for an assistant manager to support the store manager in managing the store.
You will be responsible for the overall store performance and operations. You will lead the retail team and be responsible for their training and development.
Ideally, you will be someone with extensive retail management experience, highly collaborative and proactive in your approach.
The role pays up to £30,. There is a quarterly bonus and benefits package that includes healthcare and discount. You will be given the resources to develop and aid your progression within the company.
