You will:
Assist the Plant HSE Lead in driving HSE cultural transformation and ensuring its sustenance. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environment programs and processes across plant operations. Manage and maintain the Fire Safety Systems of the plant. Lead the Behavioral observation system, including reporting, analysis, and corrective actions on top at-risk behaviors. Participate in Root Cause Analysis of incidents, potential and serious near-miss cases; facilitate closure of identified actions; and maintain HSE incident data with timely reporting as per organizational standards.
