Assistant Manager, Human Resources

The role ensures accurate payroll, compliance and effective rewards programmes while enhancing HR systems, analytics and employee benefits. Performance Management

• Develop and implement university-wide performance management systems, ensuring consistent performance tracking and rewards tools.
• Provide guidance and training on performance management best practices to managers and employees.
• Support the design of a comprehensive rewards and recognition program.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends related to performance and rewards.
• Monitor performance data to identify improvement areas.

Compensation and Benefits Management

• Oversee end-to-end payroll management, collaborating with Finance for reporting and reconciliation. <...
