- Own end-to-end HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and hiring needs
- Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, attendance, leave and compliance
- Own and oversee Employment Pass (EP) and work visa processes, including application coordination and compliance matters
- Support workplace administration and office operations, including office supplies management, vendor coordination and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functionality
- Oversee office services and facilities coordination to maintain a productive working environment
- Support continuous improvement of HR policies, SOPs and operational processes for efficiency and scalability
