Responsibilities

• Complete understanding of Investigation query messages such as returns of funds, Unable to apply, Amendment, BCNR, Recall, RFI and back valuation.
• Knowledge of both outward and inward remittance.
• Perform quality checks for CPC processes and publish daily, weekly & monthly MIS and dashboards.
• Analyze recurrent queries and work with managers to suggest process improvements to reduce repetitive queries.
• Share proper feedback with the processing team.
• Ensure timely RCSA is performed for all CPC processes and uploaded in PRISM for UAE and IBG locations.
