Job Summary
Below the Corporate Action Analyst will be responsible for processing and reconciling corporate actions, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of dividends, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of corporate actions processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Singapore and Hong Kong Private Bank corporate actions operations, supporting business needs, growth and to improve the overall operating efficiency.
- Monitor and process corporate actions: Track and process dividends, interest payments, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events.
- Reconcile corporate actions: Verify and reconcile corporate action entitlements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with clients, custodians, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
