Assistant Manager, Laboratory Operations

The Assistant Manager supports business operations within the Thermofluids and Marine cluster, including but not limited to Seatrium New Energy Lab. The incumbent will support full-time/part-time undergraduate lab sessions, facilitate lab users to achieve their academic and research goals efficiently in areas of safety, security, asset procurement, maintenance and data protection.

• Support lab teachings throughout the academic year.
• Supervise undergraduates and postgraduates on the conduct of risk assessments, safety training online modules and other SOPs requirements under the workplace, safety and health management system.
• Perform lab requisition via Ariba on behalf of faculty members and researchers for their teaching and research needs.
