Assistant Manager, Learning & Development (12438) – One&Only The Palm Resort, Dubai

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the learning and development initiatives for all staff at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

• Develop, plan, and manage the learning and development programs for all colleagues to meet individual and organizational needs.
• Ensure that brand standards are adhered to across all training initiatives.
• Report directly to the Cluster Learning & Development Manager.

• At least 2‑3 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five‑star hotels.
• Strong background in learning, coaching, and development, with attention to detail, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and maintain excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language....
