Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases for various type of testing.
- Lead and manage a team of QA to deliver high quality results.
- Continue improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure SLA compliance by ensuring all testing activities completed within agreed timelines.
- Monitor individual performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in technology related discipline such as Computer Science or Information Systems
- Proven experiences as QA Lead, with at least 5 years of experience in related field
- Strong hands-on experience in manual and automated testing
- Advanced skills in MS excel and Power BI to write complex queries, analyze large set of data and provide insights info report
