Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales & Business Development (Lifestyle)

A highly motivated and result‑oriented Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through our bespoke product – Metlux which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its target audience. S/He should have strong understanding for B2B sales, possess excellent communication skills and the experience in perfume industry.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales with minimum one year experience in B2B sales
• Extensive experience in dealing professionally with key decision makers and following the top‑down approach
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Self‑motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed
