Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support the management and maintenance of our premier retail and office portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead the operations team in managing the service operations and maintenance of the mall and office building Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall and office buildings. Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services. This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements. Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly. Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to.
