Job Description

The HRIS and Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights through HR data analytics. This role supports HR operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role provides support to HR Business Partners (HRBP).
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data and optimal system functionality.
Develop and generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
