• Design and deliver commercially viable, high‑margin inflight food and beverage products, blending product innovation with retail thinking to balance passenger satisfaction, operational simplicity, and ancillary revenue generation.
• Execute the business plan and strategy for Santan branded perishable & non‑perishable products to achieve target results.
• Manage product development across the group and consistently explore better avenues to grow product offerings.
• Coordinate all aspects of product development from strategy to concept to commercialization across all airline operating countries.
• Plan and execute product development calendar based on company/departmental goals, sales analysis, marketing strategies, consumer trend and feedback.
