Assistant Manager, Property & Facilities Operations

A property management company in Quezon City is looking for a full-time property management professional. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in property or business management and at least 2 years of experience in condominium management. Strong command of English and Mandarin is essential, with knowledge of Hokkien preferred. You will assist the Property Manager in daily operations, liaise between residents and contractors, and ensure maintenance efficiency. This role is on-site and expects proactive engagement in all responsibilities.
