Assistant Manager - Return Inward

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end return, inspection, segregation, rework, inventory control, and dispatch operations while ensuring productivity, quality compliance, inventory accuracy, and timely closure of customer returns and rework activities

Key Responsibilities

Return Operations

• Manage inward processing of customer returns from all warehouses and marketplaces
• Ensure timely unloading, verification, and system posting of returned products
• Monitor daily return volumes and maintain turnaround time (TAT) targets
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth return processing. Ensure accurate product segregation based on repairability, resale eligibility

Rework Operation

• Plan and execute daily rework activities to achieve productivity and output targets
• Monitor manpower utilization and optimize resource allocation.
