POSITION SUMMARY – Assistant Manager, Sales – Catering

Assist in driving catering sales activities to achieve revenue goals and maximize hotel profitability. Manage catering inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with clients to ensure successful execution of events, meetings, conferences, and social functions. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and social event clients to generate repeat and new business opportunities.

Respond promptly to client requests, questions, and concerns through phone, email, and other communication channels. Utilize effective sales and upselling techniques to maximize catering revenue while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and brand loyalty. Coordinate with Operations, Events, Reservations, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
