Job Description

Role Purpose

To support senior leaders in driving provider management–related projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, execution, and follow-through. This role acts as a project coordinator and subject matter expert (SME), providing both strategic and administrative support to enable successful delivery of network strategy, system enhancements, and operational improvements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support senior leaders in planning, execution, and tracking of provider management projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and follow up on action items
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for management review
  • Provide administrative and coordination support, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation
