Support the Restaurant/Store Manager in running daily operations, ensuring smooth shift management, delivering excellent customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales, service, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily store operations (front of house & back of house).
- Supervise and coach team members during shifts to ensure quality service and product standards.
