Assistant Manager – Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Strategic Initiatives
  • Support development and execution of NCGCL’s strategic roadmap, including new guarantee schemes, thematic programmes (e.g., green finance, SME segments), and institutional initiatives
  • Conduct research, market analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions and product development
  • Assist in preparation of strategy papers, concept notes, and internal proposals
• 2. Multilateral & Development Partner Engagement
  • Support engagement with multilateral institutions (e.g., World Bank, ADB, IFC), donors, and development partners
  • Assist in structuring partnerships, MoUs, and programme frameworks
  • Coordinate inputs for donor-funded initiatives, including concept notes, proposals, and reporting
