As an Assistant Manager, Supply Planning you will drive, implement and manage an Open‑to‑Buy process to meet inventory targets and support the entire purchase order lifecycle from creation to delivery.

• Monitoring inventory holding and aligning with purchasing plans and Open‑to‑Buy budget
• Working closely with demand planners to ensure purchases are in line to support forecasts and implementing purchase cuts when needed
• Reviewing the stock holding and initiating RTV discussion with brands on a regular basis
• Highlighting key risks and issues to internal stakeholders to support visibility
• Collaborating with vendors on KPIs improvement
