Job Description
Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager – Taxation will play a key role in managing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for corporate clients. This individual will ensure that tax returns (direct and indirect) are prepared accurately and submitted on time, lead tax projects (including transfer pricing), and provide strategic tax recommendations. The role includes substantial client interaction, cross‑functional coordination, and mentorship of junior staff.

- Manage and review corporate tax and indirect tax compliance deliverables for multiple clients.
- Lead engagements involving tax structuring, tax planning, and business transformation support.

- Conduct detailed tax research and interpret evolving tax legislation.
