Job Summary

  • Supervising and managing Marine Claims in the following areas: Management & Administration; Performance Management; Fraud Management; Claims services; Functional business analyst; Claims processing & assessment

Key Responsibilities

  • To perform the following duties for the respective units under Claims Specialty.
  • Distribution of tasks based on quantity and expertise.
  • Organizing production of work and workforce i.e. productivity, allocation of resources.
  • Providing guidance, direction, leadership and support to subordinates.
  • People development for succession planning and personal career growth.
  • Monitor outstanding claims file with Adjusters and / or Solicitors.
  • Prepare report for internal monitoring of TAT and claims ratio.
  • Confirm coverage and assess claims.
  • Identify potential fraud through system and manual triggers. Proceed with investigation ...
