Job Description
Responsibilities Programme and Service Management & Development
- Lead the design and implementation of sector initiatives that strengthen charities' capacity to champion community‑driven philanthropy and volunteering at board, executive, and practitioner levels.
- Build strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with community partners, internal and external stakeholders, corporates, government regulators and grant makers to expand our reach.
- Work closely with non‑profit C‑suite leaders to facilitate board/committee volunteer recruitment, matches and placements through our flagship CNPL BoardMatch service, to strengthen board diversity and governance.
- Facilitate and engage charity C‑suite leaders, chairpersons, board members to evaluate and identify performance gaps through the CNPL BoardPulse2.0 self‑assessment tool.
