Assistant Manager/Manager, Radio Spectrum Management

[What the role is]

• make the radio spectrum available for government and non-government uses to maximise socio-economic benefits from the implementation of radiocommunication services; and
• ensure the efficient and effective use of the spectrum to support national goals and objectives.

[What you will be working on]

• Spectrum Authorisation: Process and manage applications for temporary and permanent spectrum use, ensuring compliance with national policies and regulatory requirements.  
• Spectrum Engineering Analysis: Conduct technical studies on spectrum sharing and assess compatibility between various radiocommunication services and systems.  
• Border Frequency Coordination: Support cross-border frequency coordination through data analysis, preparation of technical proposals, and ongoing liaison with neighbouring administrations to resolve interference and harmonise use of radio frequenc...
