Job Description
- Perform all maintenance work in compliance to ISO9001/14001 system, SS651 and environmental management system
- Collect data for FMEA on failed or damaged equipment, evaluate and recommend solution
- Generate report and make technical decision on maintenance works
- Identify, source, liaise, evaluate, recommended tag definition for mechanical and process equipment spare and critical spare listing
- Keep maintenance records for all the mechanical equipment
- Provide resources for general plant maintenance such as landscaping, civil & structural works, general cleanliness, air conditioning system, etc.
- Response to all emergency call‑up services
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained of high standards
- Supervise staffs and contractors’ work in compliance to ISO, ESH and EMS system when performing maintenance work
