Position Overview

Carleton College, a highly selective liberal arts college, seeks to hire an assistant coach in the PEAR Department to assist in phases of a successful and competitive NCAA DivisionIII program. The role supports a coach who will invest in the success and holistic well‑being of student‑athletes, providing a highly competitive athletic experience. Some evening and weekend hours are required.

Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing athletes, including goalkeepers and all other position players.
• Participating in recruitment activities: correspondence, on‑campus visits, recruiting travel, and prospect identification.
