The Assistant Nurse Clinician provides advanced and person‑centered nursing care to residents with complex needs in the nursing home. The role supports clinical leadership through supervision of junior nurses, coordination of multidisciplinary care, and participation in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe, effective, and compliant care delivery.

• Resident Care and Clinical Duties: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring for residents with complex and chronic conditions. Develop, implement, and review individualized nursing care plans. Assist with resident admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Prepare residents for procedures and ensure timely execution of physicians’ orders. Detect early signs of deterioration and elevate care appropriately.
