**Assistant Nurse Manager** Summary:

+ Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.
+ Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process.
+ Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
+ Performs other duties as assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
