Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in working and supervising a fruit tree nursery
- BSc or MSc degree in horticulture, agronomy, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English
- Practical knowledge of propagation techniques, pest and disease management, irrigation and fertigation
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Hardworking, hands‑on approach
- Ability to train and develop nursery staff effectively.
- Result‑driven and passionate about excellence
